Drink your greens

My daily green juice goes like this… Now, don’t get me wrong, I could just as easily call a margarita my “green juice” – but this one has me feeling a little better physically and mentally.

I’ve been making this super easy version nearly every day – fruits, a handful of greens and some milk. Legit, done. Getting whole foods into your diet doesn’t need to be hard or complicated or intimidating. This is fool-proof and I swear on all the overly-hyped kale in the world that you can’t taste the greens. I use a single serve blender and these are my go-to recipes:

 

Tropical:

  • 3-4 chunks of sliced pineapple
  • ½ to whole banana
  • handful of greens to fill
  • fill with coconut milk

PB & J:

  • ½ cup raspberries or strawberries
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • drizzle maple syrup
  • handful of greens to fill
  • fill with almond milk (or regular milk)

Banana nut

  • ½ to whole banana
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • drizzle maple syrup
  • handful of greens to fill
  • Fill with almond milk (or regular milk)

 

I feel like you get it – Now get on it and drink your greens!
